Master OTP Switch
Global on/off. When OFF, OTP is disabled for all roles regardless of role-level settings.

Require OTP for travel agent (B2B) portal logins.
B2C Traveller Login OTP
Require OTP for B2C customer logins. Disable for friction-free checkout flow.
